Purpose
Skalable is committed to conducting business ethically and responsibly. We fully comply with all local and national laws prohibiting slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, directors, and suppliers engaged with Skalable.
Our Commitment
- We prohibit the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labor in any form.
- We do not employ child labor.
- We expect all suppliers and partners to uphold the same standards.
Supply Chain and Due Diligence
We work primarily with senior contractors and established suppliers in Poland, the EU, and other regulated markets. As part of our selection process, we consider supplier reputation and compliance with applicable labor and human rights laws. We will conduct due diligence on new suppliers to ensure they adhere to our standards.
Responsibilities and Reporting
Overall responsibility for enforcing this policy rests with the company directors. All staff and contractors are encouraged to raise concerns if they suspect any breach of this policy. Concerns can be reported confidentially to a company director or a designated representative, providing a clear path for employees and contractors to follow.

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains appropriate and compliant with relevant legislation.
